The moment I enter the jewelry store, I was welcomed by the fresh and welcoming ambiance, started with the staff's friendly smiles, the neatness andcthe luxurious fragrance of the place. Then, I was entertained by Mr Zhahzad who gave me detailed descriptions of the jewelries I asked to appraise. He shared some knowledge about Golds which I appreciated. Shahzad appraised my jewelries using a sophisticated, state of the art scanning machine to assess the qualities of my jewelries without having to scratch them individually. It was also done in front of me, so there's transparency and honesty with the transactions. The prices that he put on each jewelries were more that I expected. I was given a great price for them.
